The Graphic Communication course at Cadbury College allows you to explore digital imaging, typography, illustration and photography as well as industry standard printing techniques and processes. There is also a small focus on drawing and painting from observation using traditional techniques. Students will also develop visual research skills and explore the design idea process.
The emphasis is on building your creativity and conceptual thinking skills using a wide range of materials, techniques and processes.
The Graphics A-Level enables progression on to a number of degree courses at university within the field including:
- Web Designer
- Games Designer
- Typographer
- Packaging Designer
- Editorial Design

- Advertising.
Students have the opportunities to work on live projects such as editing photographs for the college website. They also have the chance to visit a few art galleries and exhibitions throughout the year.

It includes both modern and traditional production techniques from 3D printing and laser cutting to welding and wood carving. This A Level course offers prescriptive projects in architectural design, interior, furniture, jewellery and product design in the first year. Students then go on to study their own independent projects in the second year of the programme. This is an exciting and creative course that will give students the skills and knowledge to pursue a career in any 3D discipline.

Welcome to Financial Studies!
This course is designed to teach you aspects around Financial Studies. The structure of the course covers 2 units in the first year (units 1 and unit 2). You will be expected to attend your lesson each week and to complete at least 7 hours per week completing exam question papers, reading your course book in advance of the lesson as well as completing other assessments for your study.
